• 5.FL.PWR Phonics and Word Recognition
  • 5.FL.PWR.3 Know and apply grade-level phonics and word analysis skills when decoding isolated words and in connected text.
    • 5.FL.PWR.3.a Use combined knowledge of all letter-sound correspondences, syllabication patterns, and morphology (roots and affixes) to read accurately unfamiliar multisyllabic words in context and out of context.
