Khanathalon 2025-26

Welcome to  the 4th Annual U.S. National Khanathalon!  Get ready to compete with dedicated students and teachers from districts across the United States to level up skills and earn mastery crowns.

The Khanathalon will run from December 1 through January 16, 2026. Winners will be announced on January 21st!

The Challenges

The school with the highest percentage  of students with 2+ skills leveled up to “Proficient” or “Mastered” per week will take home the crown.  To qualify, schools must have a minimum of 30 active students per course and work on at least 2 skills per week. This year’s challenges are:

We will have an additional category this year – AI Explorers.  In this category, the DISTRICTS will compete for the highest percentage of students actively using Khanmigo for the week.  Ties will be broken by the highest percentage of teachers using Khanmigo for the week.
